Introduction

The budget process is a collecting all costs associated with finishing a project. In the other terms, it is aggregating the estimated costs of individual activities or work projects (establishing) an authorized cost baseline which helps ensure it is completed for the cost expected. This week, overall cost of the project that has been estimated will be listed and discussed in details.

Objective
  • To estimate overall costs of the project
  • To list cost of the entire material that will be used in this proposed project

Project Description
In terms to find the best and a cheapest products, a few store that sell required materials in this project will be reviewed and listed. The method that used is by searching all related stores. In various website and the another methods is by refer a person that familiar in that matter (i.e friends, lecturers).

Project Outcome

The result that obtained from this is such as a table that show below:

Table 1: Estimation on overall cost of the project

Overall cost to develop this project is about RM 248.90. It is reasonable price. However, this is the best and the lowest price that obtained from the survey

WEEK 7

WEEK 7

Date :25/02/2014-27/02/2014  (Tuesday - Thursday)

Title of activity
Research and Findings (RF Module)

Function of RF Module
An RF Module is a small electronic circuit which is used to receive, transmit or transceive radio waves on one of a number of carrier frequencies, RF Modules are often used in consumer applications including wireless alarm systems, garage door openers, industrial remote controls, wireless home automation systems and smart sensor applications. Due to RF module not requiring line-of-sight operation, they are often used instead of infrared remote controls. A module is a self-contained component of a system, which has a well defined interface to other components. An RF module is a functional integration of semiconductor devices.

Conclusion
This project will be  separate for two parts which are transmit data from Android phone and Personal Computer (PC) to PIC via RF Module and PIC will receive data from two devices. Likely, my project is more towards how Android phone and Personal Computer (PC) communicate with PIC through RF Module.
